First time customer: PROS: I just received my wig. I only waited approximately two weeks to be delivered. I immediately co-washed and added leave in conditioner. All wigs purchased should be washed first and air dried before wearing. With combing in water and out this wig has very minimum shedding. This wig has no tangles after washing. The wig was soft before washing and after it’s still soft. The wig has a wide elastic band in the back for sizing. CONS: My complaint is this wig is not the wig I ordered. This wig looks nothing like the picture. This wig has 4 combs in the inside that hurts the scalp. I ordered natural black, however, this wig looks more like jet black. Where is the wig, I ordered and paid $115.00 for. Very unhappy and disappointed first time customer! ***I wished I would have check the (BBB) first, Idefinewigs “are not” an accredited business.***

Yes I so agree. Disappointed First Time Customer. Shame on you stealing people money! I'm not able to reach them at all. Left several messages and no hear back? 30 days policy, been trying to reach Idefinewig with phone calls, Email and chat lives which has run my cellphone battery low for waiting?? I hope they take down this scammed site. Don't trust them wigs. It's not like the website shown at all! Looks nothing like it. Way to expensive!! I wish I could have seen this reviews 😕 before ordering one. Big regret! 30 days as for refund, NOT TRUE. Yes waited 2 weeks which is a way to waste time for no refund!!! Slow getting back with anyone . They are from CA. Delivery by " China " as 3rd party. CA gets them cheap and turn it around making bigger money. These wigs are not like the Idefinewig website!! Those green views are not real. It's these con people who are pretending to look good

You guys are so corrupt. There's no way to get ahold of you! I want my money back! As far as what you have shown you guys are thieves! There's so many complaints about you stealing people's money and never responding! Shame shame on you. I will let everyone wig wearer I can find knowthat you guys are a scam! Your disgusting! I purchased a wig based on the picture on the website! When I received the wig, the color was totally different from what I saw online. They refuse to refund me my money back or even exchange the wig for another one! This company is a scam! I had to take pictures of the wig, which I did and send it to them. Now they’re offering me two options, 40% off another wig or $40 after I return the wig, for an item I paid over $100! Please stay away from this company, they’re fraud! The items looks good online, but is not the same when you receive it! You will not get a refund! This is the worse company I ever dealt with! Stay far from ordering anything from this company! They’re the worst!

Order two wigs looks nothing like pictures I requested refund you have to email them give reason for refund and wait for response. That’s stupid have not heard anything don’t use these people scam.

Order was was place but not sent within the 48 hours it indicated when ordering. I ordered because it would arrive in time for a specific occasionin which I was attending andthe cap size would have been a perfect fit!!!. Now, its too late as the occasion has past. Please refund my money to my account as I am very disgusted with the service.

Do Not use this company! Their product is NOTHING LIKE their photos. Thin, synthetic hair. Much shorter than I ordered. Then when you try to contact the company for a return or refund, it's crickets!! So angry and disappointed I wasted $225!!

This is the big Scam company! I did trying to cancel the same day I ordered but was not successful. I called PayPal for help but the said I can always return!! Yeah right, It’s a 30 days refund, but be careful!! They didn’t put on the website that will cost you $60.00 to get your return going.,,they will delayed refund for 2 months if they decided to refund. They kept $30.0 fees. On top of that it cost me $30.00 to mail back the stupid looking rat hair back to china!! The wig they sent to me was the most nasty looking thing I have ever seen. Look like dead RATS hair, stink, disgusting, but yet they claimed to be VIRGIN hair? 💩
