I have 4 orders. I have received 3 orders I love the service and product quality of 3 orders. Requested a return label for my fourth order and I am awaiting a response from you. I placed a fifth Oder but I reallly wanted to do an exchange. That how much I have enjoyed the quality of my wigs.

The upscale scheme is annoying. One price advertised with photo showing one thing, but to actually get the length shown in photo cost a lot more than the sale price. Put a photo of the shortest hair for the lowest price offered. That would be more honest.

I am overall very satisfied with my wig; however, I experienced considerable disappointment regarding the shipping time, which took nearly four weeks for delivery. This duration caused me significant concern, as it was my first purchase. Despite this, I am pleased with the quality of the wig and have placed a second order. I hope that the shipping time for this subsequent order will be improved.
