When I received my wig after three weeks. It was not the shade that was advertised, it was not shaped like the one advertised and I had asked for a small cap wig but I am sure I got a medium cap. I had to take it to a professional hairdresser who looked at the wig advertised and what I received and agreed there was a number discrepancies as I described. She had to cut the hair and sew it inside in order to produce a decent wig I could wear. The reason why it was given a three star though was because the shade actually suited my complexion and the quality of the hair was very nice. It was just not constructed well. However because the quality of the hair was nice; I will consider given this company another chance.

The cut of the wig was awful. Please cancel the order I just made. Maybe I can sale the one I have now.

I reached out to change my mailing address twice, but to no avail.

Hair had akot of shedding

Curl pattern too loose in comparison to that of the same wig purchased a year ago.

I think the wigs are over price but I will try this one time to see how the quality of the wig.

I just received my wig DHL delivered it. It's beautiful hair but this is not the length I ordered. It's too short. It is not 16 or even 14 inches long. The model has 16inches in the picture. I would like to send this back for 18 inches, if this is16. It is too short I am expecting another one to be delivered I ordered two wigs because of the color and small cap size.

Normally my wigs stands out this wig I didn't get any compliments. Need more color selections in this style wig, brown with honey blonde streaks, Light brown with streaks. I dislike that for the amount of money spent Idefinewig did not give away any free gifts. Other wigs companies give a way company name brand sleeping scraf, and curling iron, etc.
