Pretty disappointing. I have emailed asking about my order, and no response. No updates after my receipt showing they received my money.

Beware of Idefine wig return policy. I receive a wig that had an orange color which I was very displeased. I contacted their customer by email which is the only they can be reached. I sent pictures of the product as they requested. The charges for returning the wig isn't worth taking the risk purchasing with them. Buy at your own risk.

I received 2 wigs. Neither looked like the pics but I could work with one of them paying a hairdresser. The other is just trash. Totally wrong and idefine insists it is the correct wig. If it is the correct wig then they just super suck. Wish I could post pics. They offerd me 30 bucks to go away. Said I needed to pay shipping to China for the return of the wrong product. Save your money.

I ordered a wig, it is beautiful, but does not fit my head. It is too small to get on my head. People be aware of your cap size. Mine is medium, size 22. And if they aren’t advertising a cap size, do not buy,. Because you’ll have a hard time getting a refund or exchange. I followed the return/exchange policy and submitted for a ticket twice, and have not heard from them about any tickets, instead they e-mailed me and offered me a discount on another wig. I don’t want another wig. I want a refund or exchange. Be very careful of what you are buying. You’ll regret it Other than that, they were great on delivery.

It was not the color that showed in the picture so I returned it for a refund
