The wig that I purchased was priced at $119 with a $10 off however when I checked out you charged me $164 and there was no way to back out and review I’m canceling my order poor marketing

The wig was very late getting to me. When I did get it it was nothing like what I ordered or the picture. Called customer service to get refund.They kept wanting to give me a discount of 40% off my next purchase when I had told them I was unhappy with my purchase. Sure as heck not going to be ordering anything else from them. The wig looked like something you buy at Walmart for Halloween. When I sent pictures and everything they asked for , they still refused to give me refund and kept giving me the run around. I ended up taking the little refund of $40 bc I got tired of dealing with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a wig about 3 weeks ago. I have not received it. I have call the company numerous times no answer. I have emailed as well, no reply. No good company to deal with. I would like to get my money back, over a $100, but no one responds. Never again and I won’t recommend they company to anyone

Just horrible, nothing but false advertising because they already know they don't have what they are advertising it should be criminal. This is the second time; the first time I just kept the product because who wants to return. The second time I refused, I sent it back as they instructed, I refused to settle for a credit, and I still have not received the refund to date after returning the product. So now I've paid for something I don't even have CRIMINAL! My advice would be to anyone this is not the site to use period!!!!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A WIG FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY! WORST WIG EVER! If j could give ZERO stars I WOULD! QUALITY: EXTREMELY BAD Cut of bob: TERRIBLE! It was uneven on both sides AND I DONT KNOW WHAT KIND OF CUTTING THEY DID TO THE BACK! IT WAS LIKE A 9 MONTH OLD BABY PUT THIS WIG TOGETHER!

i purchased a wig that was advertised as brown. it came black. i called and emailed as soon as i got it. i took 3 photos so i can get a return address. i emailed and called there number 3 times no response. i have been a very good customer purchasing many wigs from them. there return policy is a fraud. please do not buy from them

Your website did not take me to the menu to apply my discount code to save me $50. I CANCELLED MY ORDER. PLEASE Refund my CREDIT CARD and STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE THIS WAY.
