Today I didn't have a issue everything with smoothly. Ordering from your site was never a problem. But you customer service sucks. needs to retrain in the process of return orders. I never had a situation where it was 'Ring Around the Roses.' Talking to people or the operators you hire. Don't even read the previous message and ask the same old questions. I end up losing out on the return product. I shipped it to the address. They claim they didn't receive it. Sent copies of shipping tracking. I truly love your product.. Every time I pray, I don't have to return. Because of the hassle I go through. That is my biggest complaint.

It was very easy to make a choice.

I'm a first time buyer, and first time taking that leap trying out a wig. Making the choice, I found to be difficult. There are so many beautiful wigs to choose from. I knew I wanted short. I wanted something that was close to my own, but sexy and versatile. I came across two pixies. Hard choice, but she made the cut. Checking out was simple, quick and easy. The hardest part is waiting on the arrival.

I ordered 3 human hair wigs from idefinewig.com on 4/20//2025 and received them 5/8/2025. I was so happy to have them before my vacation. The wigs were beautiful. The quality of the hair was very good. (My son and his girlfriend didn’t even realize it wasn’t my own hair) I got many compliments which just added to my confidence. Any questions and/or concerns I had, were answered in a professional and caring manner throughout the process. My experience with their customer service was easy and calming. The staff is professional and kind, their pricing was AMAZING as was the finished units!! I will definitely be ordering from them again and again.
