I am still waiting for my wig. I ordered on October 17. When l check it still says it in China airport. Im so freaking upset and disappointed. I needed my wig for November 1.

Halloween Colors I have ordered from them before and have had great experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase has been disastrous. I received a wig that was dark black at the top and orange blonde at the bottom. It looks so fake and not at all what I had ordered. I left them a voice message and email letting them know that I was sent the wrong wig and want to return it and replace it with the correct wig. They did write me back the following day and asked me to send 3 pictures from various angles and a picture of the lace. I then called again and wrote another email letting them know, that I literally just received the wig yesterday, called immediately since it was the wrong wig, haven't worn it and packaged it back in the box. I just need instructions on how to return and replace it. They have yet to respond, but I'll give it some time. This rating is due to the lack of understanding of my request.

I have not been able to receive a confirmation email from this company regarding the 2 orders I placed, after several and countless phone calls. Now, If I do not receive anything from them soon regarding my orders I will be submitting a fraud complaint against them. Also, the weird thing is they keep sending these emails with sales on wigs and promotions, but they can't send my confirmation email and Order ID to me.

Not the same wig

The quality of the hair was very disappointing. It was wiry, dull and doll-like; not curly and glossy like the photo.

I ordered my wig on 4/17 and still have not received it. The customer service is terrible and hard to get a response from. I contacted my credit card company to try to get a refund but was told it finally shipped. I still haven’t received it. Don’t buy from this company if you’re looking for fast shipping. I hope the wig is worth the wait. I could have ordered from other companies and received it in 3-4 days. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I writing to make awareness of this company and their false advertising of the wig l purchased from them . Their customer service support provided is 2 . They did respond back to your email and if they do take 3 days to respond back. They did not want to send your prior authorization approval to return wigs to them. I purchased one wig and l got totally different wig. I send pictures of the wig to let them see wig lace still intact and haven’t responded back as of yet .

I am trying to return some items within the designated return period. I have sent 2 emails and called the company. Three days have past and they still have not contacted me. This is not my usual experience with dealing with sellers no matter the location. My items are unworn. My 1 item is not as displayed on the website, and looks like a clown wig when you try and work with the tight curls. The other has a defect, not to mention the wigs smell. One smells like cigarettes. I'm sorry I didn't see all the reviews. I don't want to fall into it's trap of denying a full refund. Also, the company tried a phising attack to provide Paypal credentials when I did NOT pay for this through PayPal. I'm not surprised as this is a product sourced and run out of China with distributors in the US. This will be reported to other agencies if I do not receive a response within 3 days. It will be my last time buying anything from them. They are not a fair trader (China!). Time to make more goods for US buyers in America!
