This company is a fraud thank God i order it through Paypal I was able to cancel order and get a refund.Idefinewig charged double what the wig cause i cancled right away.

READ THE REVIEWS!! I recently purchased a wig from IDefine Wigs, expecting to receive a product that matched the online photo. Unfortunately, the wig I received bore little resemblance to what was advertised, leading to a very disappointing experience. Upon contacting IDefine Wigs for an exchange, I was taken aback by their request for a $60 return fee. It's unreasonable to charge customers for the return of products that were misrepresented in the first place. This policy seems unfair, especially when the discrepancy is due to the company's misleading advertisement. Adding to the frustration was my attempt to communicate with their customer service. Our conversation was abruptly disconnected, and subsequent efforts to reach out have been met with silence. While I understand the challenges posed by time differences, given that the company is based in China, the complete lack of response to my attempts at communication is unacceptable. This experience has been disheartening. I had hoped for a simple resolution, but instead, I am left with a product I'm unsatisfied with and out of pocket with no recourse. I do not recommend IDefine Wigs due to their misleading advertising, unreasonable return policy, and poor customer service. Customers deserve transparency and accountability, neither of which IDefine Wigs has provided in my case.

I wish I would have seen these reviews. I would have never ordered from this company. I am reading very similar encounters. They ask for pictures of the wigs purchased, then they stop responding to you. I am reporting this to PayPal. Wish me luck.

If I could leave zero stars, I would this company scammed me out of $200 since March 21 and they will not respond to me. I will be contacting my bank. Do not buy from these people.

Do not, I repeat, do not buy wigs from this company. What you see advertised is not what you get. They use remnants of hair to make your wig. If you comb through the wigs you will see different lengths of hair, like 2 inches 1 inch, 4 inches etc to make your and it comes out horrible. Scanty, badly cut, so do not bother go to another company.

I purchased a wig from this company in December 2023 for $ 155.00 order #000126227. When the wig arrived it was awful. The quality was very poor and the hair was a mess. I immediately contacted the company and returned the wigs within 7 days. The wig was returned via USPS. Pre their request I sent them a copy of the receipt that I got for the post service. For the last three months they claimed that they couldn’t read the receipt number and refused to refund me. I have followed up with them over 12 times in the last three months . I only wished that I had read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company . The even offer a $50 discount if I kept the wig. They have my money and the wig. Whew, I dodged a bullet! I placed an order for a wig with them on a Friday. By that Sunday I checked my email and noticed I never received any kind of confirmation from them. I found this to be odd. Reputable companies will immediately sent a confirmation email the same day an order is placed. The only confirmation received was from PayPal. I found this to be fishy. I came to Trust Pilot and checked the reviews. I was kicking myself because I typically always come here to check reviews first before I deal with any online clothing or hair companies. So many of these companies prey on black women by using other black women in their ads to lure us in and take our money. As soon as I read all the negative reviews I sent a message to their customer service requesting acknowledgment of my order. When I had not heard back from them by noon Monday, I called PayPal and had them do a stop payment. The PayPal rep who helped me was playing no games! He told me that we would give them two weeks to respond and then my money would be refunded. When I woke up the next morning, I had a notification from PayPal that my money would be refunded. I don’t know what happened within less than 24 hours for me to get my money back but lesson learned! Don’t just check reviews some of the time. Check reviews all of the time!

Terrible product. Terrible customer service. Don't waste your money.
