Wig was really poorly made in so disappointed it is not as described at all!

This company is a joke. They REFUSE to issue a return authorization in order to send back their product , which is poorly made. Out of the box, the wig looks like it was worn and it does not in any way look like it was advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL GET THE RUNAROUND & THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.

Do not order from this company!!! You do not get the same wigs they show on their web site. The wigs look like have been worn for years. Forget about trying to contact them. It is a lost cause. No style and not the same color. The wigs look like they cost $2.00

The representative claimed to be the only person available. She was going to have someone contact me and suggested I send an email. They even offered me a deal because they didn’t want to refund my money.

They sent me the wrong wig, I ordered a wavy bob, and they gave me a tight perm 10inch wig....which smelled HORRIBLE! I didn't want to have to return it because I was so excited and I figured that I could probably make this work... When I was washing the wig it turned the water dark brown... It was disgusting. The hair became so frizzy after and I used the correct shampoos and conditioners! Also the track show on the top of the wig. They're really hard to hide. Don't Buy from this company

This is my first and LAST order from your company. What I ordered and what I received are too different wigs. What I received looks NOTHING like the wig in the picture. The curl patter is all wrong. It is NOT supposed to be a tight curl. I am completely disgusted. How can you advertise one thing and then send something else. You didn't even include my receipt to show what I ordered.😡 I NOW DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I finally found the right color, right style unit (wig) and I thought I would start short. My natural hair is very thin and fine so it appears so if I do not have hair. I wanted to start with hair on top of my head and not frame my face. Well, the unit came in record time, but it was black with blonde highlights not brown with highlights. Then I said that is workable until I attempted to try it on. No matter what I could not get the unit to fit. just too small.

1. The wigs you see on the site are not the wigs you receive. 2. In order to return the wigs, you have to email them for permission. You won't get an authorization code right away, but will be forced send at least 4 emails with them haggling you to take it to a hairdresser to style it for you, offer pitiful discount for future purchases, take 10 different pics of the wigs with angles, in the sunlight, holding it, etc. 3. When you finally do get a return address, they give you mailing address without a name or suite number and they only want you to declare it for $5-10 dollars. (You know why). The postal worker told me I couldn't return it without a name and suite #. 4. You ask for the name an suite # again, and they'll reply with the same previous message without any additional info.
