This wig absolutely sucked! It did not look like what I ordered! Having a hard time returning 😞

Ordered the wigs in April for an event in May and yes it was easy to order and then it all went south. No tracking updates , customer service did not reply to any emails , I was sent a notice that due to the new tariffs my order was held up . I received my order on May 8th , 5 days after I needed them for the event . The wigs are not as pictured and definitely not wear and go, they are very sloppy looking and appear to be very small I am not sure if they will even fit. It was supposed take 3 to 7 days after ordering to receive at least 1 of the 2 wigs since it stated that particular 1 would ship in 48 hours of placing the order, it took 19 days to receive the order after I placed it. Also...did not receive the 1st time buyer discount of 40% off 1 of the wigs. Don't waste your time or money !!!

I purchased a wig on 4/18/25 and didn’t receive it until 5/5/25 the wig didn’t look as advertised everything about the wig was different I have been sending emails to their customer service everyday since I received the wig to return it I have yet to receive a response please don’t order from this company does not have a return and refund policy

I wanted to write this review I purchased this wig for an event April 30. However it’s almost the middle of May I haven’t received it. I requested a refund because the event happened. Overall the customer service sucks no response just yet . Plus after reading the reviews about false advertising wigs, I think a made a good choice.

Wig I received was nothing like the one advertised that I bought. I emailed them twice and have yet to receive a response. Not even an acknowledgement they have received my emails. And I can't find info for a phone number to call.

Wig did not look as advertised. Supposed to be curly but wasn't. Also, the recommendation was to wash before wearing. Since it didn't look like the picture I decided to go ahead and wash as directed. It didn't make any difference. It also shredded a lot. Waste of $

I am so disappointed in this company. I placed an order on 4/27. They had no issue taking my money. To date, no shipping notifications and no response to the emails I sent to them. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN 😒

I ordered a wig it did not look like the picture at all I contacted customer service for 2 weeks and they offered to give me a 40.00 credit for another wig thiese wigs are not good quality I paid 125.00 and they tell me they are going to charge me 45.00 to return the wig DO NOT PURCHASE WASTE OF GOOD MONEY . I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND u FEEL RIPPED OFF. i AM GOING TO TELL EVEYONE NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY / i AM A WIDOW ON A FIXED INCOME i JUST WWNTED TO SPLURGE ON A GOOD WIG SHAME ON THIS COMPANY
