Love the customized meditations
Love the customized meditations, connecting me with what I was feeling or the moment of the day. Helped me a lot to built a meditation routine.

Idea Space is a new kind of mindfulness platform built around a simple belief: Your mind is unique, and your meditations should be too. Most wellness apps rely on a static library of one-size-fits-all recordings. But real life is rarely that simple. Stress, burnout, relationships, and big decisions are deeply personal experiences that require more than a generic track. Idea Space uses generative AI to create meditations tailored specifically to what you are facing in the moment. By simply sharing what is on your mind, the platform instantly generates a personalized session designed to help you find clarity, calm, and perspective. Our approach is the digital antidote to the modern attention economy. While most apps are designed to keep you scrolling, Idea Space is built to help you clear your mind and get back to the real world. This "Off-Screen" philosophy is rooted in our history of creating physical mindfulness tools that have already supported over 50,000 customers. We combine this proven track record with a rigorous, science-driven framework to ensure every session is grounded and practical. While many people are now turning to general AI for emotional support, Idea Space offers a purpose-built environment designed specifically for reflection and personal growth. Whether you are navigating a major career transition or just need a five-minute reset during a busy day, each session is built for you instead of the masses. You are not mass-produced. Your meditation should not be either. Welcome to the Science of the First Person.

I have been using Ideaspace for meditations for a couple months regularly. It's my go to when I need a few minutes away. Glad I found them from their cards online.

An unsung hero of Idea Space is that it removes the “Netflix effect” browsing through meditation libraries as a beginner to find the one that hopefully lands. The personalized experience, weaving my input of the day or week’s thoughts into a session, gives me exactly what I need in the moment. It’s fast, intuitive, and genuinely effective. Highly recommend.

The Idea Space genuinely stands out as something different. It’s not just another website trying to package familiar concepts in new language - it feels like a genuinely original philosophy, thoughtfully put together and clearly lived rather than just theorised. What struck me most is the clarity of thinking behind it. There’s a depth and coherence that’s rare - ideas are not thrown around loosely, they connect, build, and actually challenge you to reflect. It has that “awakening” quality where you find yourself reconsidering assumptions you didn’t even realise you held. The person behind it comes across as deeply insightful, with a rare ability to articulate complex ideas in a way that feels both accessible and meaningful. There’s also a strong sense of authenticity - nothing feels forced or performative. It reads like someone who has genuinely spent time thinking, refining, and understanding rather than chasing attention. Another strength is the tone. It manages to be thought-provoking without being preachy, and intelligent without being inaccessible. That balance is hard to get right, but it’s done well here. There’s also a subtle encouragement toward independent thinking rather than passive agreement, which is refreshing. Overall, it’s one of the more interesting and original concept spaces I’ve come across in a long time. If you’re even slightly interested in philosophy, personal insight, or just exploring ideas that actually make you think, it’s absolutely worth your time. Lastly it raises many a smile which is very important to me. It has lovely real humour gentle and fun.

I’ve tried a bunch of more conventional meditation apps before, but I always struggled to find something that really clicked for me, especially when it came to the content and the speaker’s voice. With Ideaspace, it felt much easier to find a meditation that actually fit what I needed. And whenever I want something fresh, I can just generate another one, whether it’s for the same kind of moment or something totally different. Really easy to use and super helpful overall.
