Tax resolutions
My Name is Juan Negron so well from the very beginning when I made the first call, everyone was super helpful & friendly and also knowledgeable. But one person in particular standing out for me was Maeve Wiley who explained everything, and when I was not sure of certain things Maeve would break it down for me & answer all of my questions. Maeve made me feel at ease with everything that was being with my case.. Maeve Wiley is an asset to the company. Thank you again for everything.

Grace Miller is an excellent processor for Ideal Tax. She is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer that their account is progressing. Got to get her to spell my street name - it's like the former US President: "McKinley," not "McKinely." : ) Overall, she has done a great job of keeping me informed and most of all. she WILL answer your email or phone call.
