Hello all! We have been with Ideal Tax for about 2.5yrs. We have worked with numerous people. In the beginning, the people that we worked with were not that great. However, our new team has been great. Mike Roy provides excellent service. He is attentive to details and addresses any issues that arise. Only complaint i have with ideal tax is that they never send paper work by mail. Beside that working with ideal was ok . There customer service is good ! But there are times you can't get a hold of them .
