Customer service is always good and friendly. The store is well stocked with expiration dates usually reasonable. My complaint is the quality has declined and portions are inconsistent. For example the chicken quality is decent in one meal yet questionable in the next. I have to say that quality of the protein has declined over the last 6-8 months

Ideal Nutrition used to be one of the easiest meal services for me to recommend, but my experience lately has been very different. A lot of the best menu items have been removed, and the newer meals have not been nearly as good. Portions also seem smaller, particularly the vegetable portions, and preparation has become inconsistent. Some meals are fine, while others feel noticeably lower quality. From the outside, it seems like rapid growth and opening more locations may be taking priority over the product itself. I would rather pay a little more and get the quality they used to offer. Until the menu and consistency improve, I am stepping away from the service.

A great option for busy people who don’t have time or energy to cook - healthy. Portion sizes are rational so you don’t over eat. Add a salad and there you go.

I loved the amazing quality of food and how convenient it is to go into a store a grab meals and snacks. It makes lunch throughout the week easy.
