At this point the evidence is incredibly damning; Ideal Living and Peter Spiegel are at the very least complicit in crimes against humanity levels of pedophilia and human trafficking, if not actively participating. Do not buy products from this company. Law Enforcement agencies NEED to do a thorough investigation of these allegations and ensure that those responsible are SEVERELY punished.

the fact that i bought one of these and the money that i and all the others customers spent got taken by Peter Spiegel, co founder of air doctor and gifted (millions) to a child sx trafficing cult makes me feel used in the most wrong way ever. And thats why im writing this review. To warn anyone else about spending any type of money on any business owned by peter spiegel. go do your research on the "Swami Prakashanand Saraswati/Shree Swamiji" and what peter does for them with his millions.

If you buy direct from this company and want to return the product, you have to pay for shipping. I returned an unopened air filter and had to pay $115 in UPS shipping and I live close to the company in California.

I’m so glad I chose Air Doctor for my home purifier. All of a sudden, I had bad allergies and was miserable. Sneezing and watery eyes. After doing much research, I pulled the trigger and ordered online. The entire process from order to delivery was seamless. It was easy to set up. By the evening, my symptoms were 95% better and continues weeks later. It’s lights and I can easily move it to different rooms. And it’s quiet too. I truly hope this review helps others. Air Doctor sure helped me.

I bought Air Doctor 5000 for interior paint smell in my apartment complex. It didn't work. Almost 2 years later (after barely using the air purifier), I brought the air purifier to my home during construction. It stopped working completely and wouldn't turn on after 5 weeks. I called customer service and a man told me to take it to a repair shop. What repair shop? What kind of a repair shop? He couldn't answer me. I have to trash it...a $1000 air purifier. Terrible customer service and poor longevity. I'm buying a Rabbit Air.

I asked via email if there was an applicable promo I could use if I were purchasing your largest unit. I received a reply that I could take advantage of a 5% discount! That was laughable and unacceptable when I searched for a promo code myself and did order the unit for a discount of $300. Not acceptable customer service that the rep did not offer me that same discount that I then had to search for. Makes me leery of ever calling your customer service again when I wasn’t given a helpful answer or a knowledgeable answer offering me the best discount possible. I wasn’t even told about your “Presidents Sale” just disappointed but glad I did my own searching. So want to advise others not to rely on answers you get from their customer service agents! If I had relied on your representatives answer, I’d be much poorer! Just do better for prospective buyers.
