I bought a policy for my Jaguar last winter from Danny Parker. I was skeptical at first, but i Just had to have the Air Conditioner replaced, smack in the middle of summer, i was so nervous. I called Danny and after connecting me to his claims department, i learned they will deal directly with my dealer. After 2 days i got my car repaired and only paid $100 out of pocket. “What a great experience” I didn’t think I would be saying that. I recently bought a used ML63 AMG, and had set up an extended warranty with another company prior to purchasing. After I got the car, I called back to purchase the policy, at which time the rep informed me that they no longer offered a policy for my car even though they used the VIN to quote me a price and terms. It seemed a little shady to me. I got online and called IDeal Auto Protect and spoke with Shaun Michaels. He quickly took some info and told me what they could offer me. It turns out that it was a few bucks less (similar price), longer term, and almost twice the miles. It was all quick and easy thanks so much Shaun.
