I had the pleasure of starting my coverage with Shaun Michaels who extended every courtesy possible to make my decision to purchase a warranty plan, and my experience was hassle free and very informative thx .

very well communicative, made information clear. showed genuine interest.

I want to thank "Nick Bauer" for his friendliness, ease of understanding, and professionalism while on the phone. He kept me on the phone for the correct amount of time allowing me to listen to my options and guided me to decide my best choices. I will introduce people I know to "Nick" and provide his extension# so he may better serve my friends and family as he did for me. Thank you Nick for your valuable time and professional effort in assisting me.

Shaun has been great! He answered every question i had in detail . It was my first time getting extended warranty. I truly think i got a amazing deal on coverage that other places wouldn’t provide . he made me feel truly comfortable in getting coverage that same day within about a hour of talking to him . I’m also going through a rough patch currently and he’s very flexible and understanding to my situation with any judgment on if i needed to leave or was gonna be late on payment . So thank you again !

I just want to express my gratitude and thanks for the excellent customer service my claims specialist Josh consistently gives me. I could not ask for a more wonderful experience whenever my cars need claim! He is so nice, kind, professional, courteous, and treats you like his own family. He works hard at what he does and always tries his best to make sure the coverage I have under my policy is truly represented and applied. He responds promptly to all my calls and emails and we even communicate via text as well and you can easily text him literally any time of the day or night even after hours he still takes the time to respond to me which is totally going above and beyond the call of duty! Josh is hands down the best claims agent anyone could ever hope to deal with.
