Last week my water pump was leaking. I immediately called the customer service department at ideal auto protect and Shaun directed me to a local BMW repair shop. They handled the claim directly with the repair shop and i just had to pay my deductible of $50. After the repair was paid for, Shaun called me to follow up let me know i can pick up my car.
