We are a repair shop in Florida and we just completed our first claim process with ideal. Here is what we experienced. 1) Customer came in with problems to their Bentley. We called the warranty company to get the process. 2) we diagnosed the vehicle and explained the issues to ideal. 3) it was determined that the vacuum pump needed to be replaced. 4) we submitted the hourly rate, labor and part cost to ideal and they approved this claim. 5) we were paid promptly when the repair was done and the customer was given his vehicle back in great working condition. We recommend ideal auto protect to anyone who needs a warranty. i have not seen a warranty company like this who pays so quick and had knowledgeable claims representatives.
