In purchasing a warranty for my vehicle, I have communicated with Shaun from Ideal and I have to say he has been just terrific in how he handled the whole process which was over a long period of time. That was do to me holding off during this pandemic. He has spent time with me going over the coverage and has always given me time to make a decision. He has been helpful and patient. Shaun Michaels and Nick Bauer were very helpful. Super nice guys that come across as looking out for the customer. I learned a lot about car warrant companies during my recent search for a used SUV. Without going into all the details, I feel iDeal Auto Protect is the real deal. I felt I received excellent personal service with no pressure. I read through their contract and there could not find any tricks or traps. I had a few questions and Shaun answered them to my satisfaction immediately. I was certainly not impressed with "top-rated" warranty companies when compared to iDeal. Just keep in mind that most of these other warranty companies are nothing more than brokers, while iDeal is the actual warranty company. While the top-rated warranty companies (or brokers) are highly so is iDeal. Thanks again to iDeal, Shaun, and Nick.
