Knowledgeable, Courteous and Covered My Claim Without Issue
I signed up for a plan about a year ago with Alex, the process was painless, no pushy salesperson tactics, in fact, I found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. They explained all the coverage options to me to so I can make the best choice when selecting my coverage plan. Skip forward a year and while we all hope not to have issues with our car I was not so fortunate and it was time to see how they handle a claim. They were very professional, understood my issue, and helped me get my claim sorted out quickly. I was also able to use my local repair shop, which was nice. Other than my deductible the claim was fully covered. I will continue to do business with ideal auto protect as they have proven themselves to be a reliable company.
