IDEA Health and Fitness Association has been such a great addition to my continued education. The conferences offer a wealth of information on training methods, nutrition, business, latest equipment and technology, and much more. Being part of the network has allowed me to gain exposure to clients, send out newsletters, plan workouts, exchange ideas and questions, meet other fitness professionals and write articles.
