I had a small hiccup online with the application process. I must say support, Krunal in particular, rendered patience and expertise that enabled me to complete the process successfully. I appreciate the service offered and the follow-up provided. What was even more surprising is that the few times I had called, I happened to get his assistance each time. Thumbs up on that one.
