Services Not Delivered and Promised Refund Not HonouredReview: My experience with iCreativez has been extremely disappointing. I paid the company for SEO and digital marketing services, but the agreed work and expected deliverables were not provided as promised. After I raised my concerns, the company confirmed through email that a refund would be issued. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received the promised refund. I have screenshots and email correspondence documenting the agreed services, my refund request, and the company’s written commitment to refund me. I am posting this review to share my genuine experience and hope the company resolves the matter promptly by processing the promised refund.
