So far my experience as a dealer was less then prefect. You guys promised us to deliver the firearm in 120 days which was June well into COVID-19 Pandemic.. 120 days came and gone still no product. 3 days ago I received an email stating that you guys finally shipped my customers firearm and there is still no firearm... and what's even a lot more weird is no tracking # to be found either. You have to realize any communication I receive from you guys I turn around and inform my customer with the new updates... Now, thanks to you guys I lost my customers trust..! Good job!

I have yet to receive my gun!its been weeks!if the bill comes before I get the product I will be canceling the order!

I purchased a Bul Armory SAS Ultralight. I waited four days for the gun to be shipped to my FFL. I wrote the seller (Iconic Arms). I didn’t hear back. I write a second time, I didn’t hear back, I wrote a third time and also called, no response. It has been over a week since I purchased the gun (by the way, his listing said he had seven in stock).I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a waste of time effort and money. Even if he didn’t have the gun in stock (I now know that Bul Armory isn’t accepting new orders until January, had that been communicated to me, then that would be fine. If I had purchased the gun and not paid for over a week and no response to the seller, you’d better believe that seller would be upset.
