In addition to only charging fees when IDR delivers settlements, the Program Guarantee states that when a customer graduates or leaves the program, IDR will refund fees if their settlement and fees are more than the amount they originally owed when they enrolled in the program. We offer our debt relief program to all Americans with unsecured debts (debt that is not backed by collateral like a car or a house)—including credit card debt, personal loan debt, and medical debt—and are experiencing a legitimate financial hardship.

overall helpful program
Overall, I have had a positive experience with the program. It has been helpful in reducing my overall debt burden. The initial consultant I worked with, Jessica, went a long way to easing my concerns and answering my questions. Since being in the program, I have found the portal to be little tricky to navigate which is why I would say 4 instead of 5 stars.

Nicholas was very helpful and informative, he was very professional and since I got enrolled in the program I've been feeling much better about my credit card debt.

3rd party debt settlement
Service were through icon were great they are very respectful and will get you in the correct spot. That being said they don't handle any of the program they are partnered with freedom debt relief or century. And they handle the program so icon is basically the middle man. I won't get into how those programs work or my experience but working with iconic debt relief has saved me years of debt.

Tyler W., Dept Consultant, was very helpful in explaining the process. He was patient. the process it self has taken a tremendous weight off of my shoulders. I no longer have to hear from the companies to which I am indebted as Iconic Dept Relief/Freedoom are working with them. However, it can be a slow process.
