I paid for advertising and an audio book and got neither. This company was difficult to work with and they didn't deliver what was paid for. I am out money I will never get back.

We will first make sure everything is satisfactory before working with them.

The company try to extort money out of me within the first 2 days of talking to them. And then they took my book, and they published It on Amazon without my permission without editing. Absolutely. Nothing then they ruined the eBook that they put on Amazon. And It took me 6 months to get these books off of Amazon, which were never edited, never formatted. One of the worst companies rated −0 in most countries.

Run for the hills. These guys are terrible and I believe they are criminals. They are the most incompetent people I have ever worked with. They have not fulfilled any of the contractual obligations and agreements. There addresses are mail boxes in various locations. They have no office in LA and I do not believe they are in the country. These guys took a bunch of money and provided no acceptable work. There are many people who have been burned by these guys. Avoid. at all costs.

My continuing saga dealing with Iconic: I received a notification from Amazon that someone was using by login information to access my account from Mumbai India. The next day I got a notice from my bank someone was trying to access my checking account from India. I cancelled my accounts and confronted Adam Benson through text message calling him a criminal. The only response I got from him was “yes a criminal who has your money haha.” These crooks need to be stopped!

I’m frustrated with the way I have been manage. Iconic Book Publishers took 700$ from me and told me that they would be able to get my book out into the public. They made the decision on what I should put in my book and rushed me through it. I have reached out to them for information about what was going on with my book and have got NO response. The book has been out for almost two months and nothing is happening!

I HAVE AN INVESTIGATOR WHO SAID THOSE REVIEWS ARE FAKE SO THAT AUTHORS GO WITH THIS COMPANY AND IMMEDIATELY GET RIPPED OFF. FAKE REVIEWS: The Federal Trade Commission today announced a final rule that will combat fake reviews and testimonials by prohibiting their sale or purchase and allow the agency to seek civil penalties against knowing violators. These reviews except for the bad ones are all AI generated and fake as hell.

I would NOT ever recommend using Iconic Book Publishers to any author! They have scammed so many hard-working authors. I recently purchased an E-Book through Amazon, The Last Mission - White Tiger. As a former vet, it looked like great reading. Upon receiving the E-Book, I was surprised to see that the book did not read well! It was like it was never edited! Just haphazardly thrown together. The audio was also a very strange sounding narrator. I was able to contact the author, DH Sutton. Found out she was in a battle with Iconic Book Publishing! Iconic is currently putting the author through the ringer! Extorting her for money, not honoring their end of the contract and not mailing her books to her that she paid for! Absolutely unprofessional and flat out disgusting of Iconic. DH Sutton also shared with me some texts between her and the publisher, an Adam Benson. I wish I could have attached copies of the texts where Adam Benson admitted "Do what you can your book is mine now hahaha"! I've read other reviews about this company and they are SCAMMERS! I hope and pray Iconic Book Publishing get what's coming to them! Authors are hardworking people and don't deserve to have their work extorted! Good luck DH Sutton. Keep fighting!
