Dear Omri. Sorry, we were not able to meet your expectations this time. Your order is on the way. Our shipping policy says that USPS Priority Packages may take up to 30 business days to be delivered due to the pandemic limitations. It is impossible to check out from our store without accepting our Shipping Policy(especially COVID-19 Update), so we assume that if you placed your order, you have read and understood the Policy and were aware of possible delays. Dear Othman, If you track your order you will see that there was an attempted delivery of your order on Feb 7. This means the mail delivery person did not reach you at your address. You have to contact your local post office to arrange pick up or reschedule your delivery. Also, the shipping option that you chose, the USPS First Class Package International takes up to 21 business days to be delivered. And your order delivery is still within this timeframe.
