Dear Khan. We have mentioned to you several times that orders cannot be shipped with the DHL. We only have shipping by USPS available, and so you purchased it during checkout. USPS is experiencing disruptions delivering to Australia due to the pandemic, and for this reason the package delivery got delayed. Unfortunately, USPS has removed their delivery date guarantee on the Express Packages. We understand your frustration, but we mentioned possible delays in our shipping policy. Hello Brandon. I apologize for this frustrating experience that you had. The tracking page says the order was delivered and signed by you. We submitted a claim to the USPS, but the claim got denied because the package was delivered and signed for, according to the tracking. Therefore, we had to submit an appeal, and we are still waiting for USPS to reply. As soon as we hear back from the USPS, we will contact you. Best regards, Icon Hookah Support Team.
