Poor packaging! Ordered a couple of Starbuzz 250g shisha tobacco. Packages was just awful - Surprised nothing was lost during shipping. It was a large box with no internal packaging resulting in the box been opened and cans inside being damaged

i always order on iconhookah, the products are good but the shipping costs are high and it takes close to 2 weeks to receive the order, i m not in the moon, i m only in canada!

Dear Ralf, We apologize that did not meet your expectations this time. But shipping costs are set by the shipping carriers, not us. And there are still COVID-19 limitations that cause the delays. This may include limited transportation, longer customs processing times, longer post office processing times. We specify all of this in our Shipping and Returns Policy that you accept every time you check out from our store. (So we assume you are aware of all of this.) Also, your last order has been delivered within 12 business days, which is in the timeframe of 8-21 business days that is specified at the checkout stage. Hope that explains the situation. Hello Ahmad. I am sorry for your issue, but the package was open by your country's customs for inspection. When you checked out from our store your have agreed to our shipping policy, that clearly notifies that your package might get inspected by your country's customs. I hope this explains the situation.
