And you told us that you did that and that USPS told you they would report to you as they investigate. Hello Liel. I apologize for the inconvenience. Just wanted to remind you that your order has arrived in 11 business days, which is only 1 business day late. Also, our shipping policy clearly mentions possible delays to up to 30 business days for the USPS Priority mail packages due to COVID-19. (And you agreed to our policy during check out). Hello, Michelle. Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that the delivery of your order took longer than you expected. We actually replied to your email right away, explaining that the shipping you paid for was 2-business days, not regular days. And as you ordered on the weekend, your purchase was shipped on a Monday morning. Even though we are processing orders on weekends too, we are limited by the business hours of the shipping carriers.
