Was told it would take x hours. They charged me for 2.3times that for two full journeymen. One guy was a labor with two days experience and took more time to teach stuff than he saved. It was continuous and stressful not a fun experience. Not putting the name or right date thank you.

Terrible customer service and consistency to his word!!!! No honor or integrity!!! After being paid in full, we still didn’t get a real conversation. He wrote in a text that he would take 1,000 off the labor fee due to the problems we had and poor communication but didn’t follow through. He showed up unannounced when we didn’t expect him to and shut off our power with NO conversation or consideration to us and left without confronting us in person as both my husband and I asked for and left us in the dark, no word. The ONLY positive thing about this whole nightmare experience was Mani, his electrician who was a Godsend, honest, kind, and went above and beyond to help us.

My generator doesn’t work there’s a hole in my wall garbage in my yard and have been lied to about coming back to fix it and over charged for parts with no invoice
