I got the Nezuko contacts lenses for my cosplay and I love them! Shipping time was reasonable and after I put them in solution for 24 hours they were very comfortable! I highly recommend these for any cosplay or up and coming Halloween costume you might want to add a bit of extra style to.

I am very excited to try my new contact lenses. I am a bit worried and I will update my review once I actually received the products. I reached out to customer service for a tracking number. Mainly because I don't want the contacts to sit outside in the heat for too long or it's stolen off my porch. The customer service rep did get back to me fairly quickly however it was a very unprofessional short cut response. Telling me to wait and be patient. Also the tracking number was without a carrier. It could be FedEx, USPS, UPS-ect. Finally the customer service rep says USPS with tracking number. Nothing else. Very unprofessional email. I've been checking every day and it still hasn't shipped. I am hoping to receive my product in the near future as I paid over $100. Also, I completely understand that these are being shipped overseas and it takes time to get to the US. I just don't want to wait for over a month as this has happened to me several times in the past with other companies. My biggest issue was the unprofessionalism with customer service. Customers just want to know what's happening so I feel there's no reason to be rude to paying customers. Update: contacts we're delivered to my house yesterday Monday September 23rd. Packaging was really nice and cute. Contacts look amazing and I am very happy overall. Shipping did not take longer than a month which I was concerned about. I am very happy with this company and I will order again. Perhaps the rude customer service rep was just having a bad day!
