The handle is designed primarily for stabilizing the pan when positioning it, stirring or flipping food, and for safe, space-saving storage — not for continuous use while cooking. For best results, we suggest this simple workflow: Attach the handle to position the pan on the stove, then detach it once cooking begins. You can briefly reattach it when you need to stir, flip food, or move the pan off the heat. Most customers find that after a few uses, this process becomes quick and natural.
