iCertGlobalReviews of icertglobal.com

Icertglobal is a classic training institute offering required and upto date learnings to the IT world, job seekers. The marketing staff, like Suriya Shakthivel, are highly available and instantly responsive, in attending queries to guide and sign up for necessary classes.

I contacted Kamran Mohammed and he provided me the needed information. He was really good and knowledgable in providing the required details with respect to the available courses Thanks for wonderful support!

I had a really good experience with Icert, primarily because of the trainer Bill. He was amazing. He brought a huge amount of knowledge to the class, answered emails well past our class time (including weeks after), made sure I had everything that I needed to pass my PMP test, gave me a full study plan to be successful. I honestly believe I would not have passed my test if it had not been for my trainer Bill and Icert. The Icert staff is a little harder to get along with, only because many of them are from a different country. So it can be a bit hard to speak with them, sometimes. However, for me, they took care of every question I had and made sure I was able to meet with my trainer when the time came. So for that I am thankful and Leena was always nice and helpful.

It was a wonderful training session by the Scrum coach with real world examples and cases. Good organisation skills and support given by the people at ICERT Global with special thanks to Kamran and Nikita for clear guidance and clarity on the course.

I have provided instructional Lean & Six Sigma Green and Black Belt course delivery support for iCert global since 2016. iCert has been a great professional continuation of my Continuous Improvement journey that I personally started in 1993 with TQL and TQM. I have had the advantage of working Continuous Improvement projects across industries, countries, and cultures from very small companies to very large global enterprises in government and private sector. Across my diverse background, I have been partnered with many vendors of services and iCert Global stands out as one of the best. I would like to specifically mention my core team of support provided by leadership of Kevin Carter for corporate (in-house) training and Leena Jones for open public courses. Both Kevin and Leena, as well as their support staff, have provided consistently outstanding service for the supported client(s) and for me as the trainer. Lastly, the quality of instructional support material is completely aligned with the BoK of both ASQ (American Society for Quality) and IASSC (International Association for Six Sigma Certification). Being an accredited provider for these global gold standard bodies is important for the client and iCert Global does a great job in preparing the clients for continued growth and achievement in their personal and corporate/agency Continuous Improvement Journey. My LinkedIn profile is accessible via a search under Robert Reid, Executive Director where you will see a profile image of my in my U.S> Navy Senior Chief uniform with my lovely wife. Jopin me on LinkedIn and let's discuss how iCert Global can help you and your organization achieve your quality improvement objectives.

Hello, The training program schedule was good. The trainer very appropriately explained the concepts, logic behind them and application in real life works. The book which was given for studying is totally a book of errors. Information is wrongly printed, questions are wrongly printed or printed multiple times. Sincerely, the study material was not good. The venue was good with all facilities and good food. Though some days, the classroom was not ready to start the sessions. I would suggest to share study material which the trainer was teaching and the question banks also. Also, if iCert can share previous years question papers that would be really helpful. ICertGlobal offers good prep classes offered for Black Belt and PMI PMP certification. All of the students that I taught that have taken their tests in a timely fashion after training have passed their certification exams.

I taught their PMP prep exam course for them and they never paid me for teaching the course. Every time I called they claim there was an issue with the bank. Update - 7/22/2019 On 7/3/2019 I was contacted by Alice King via email, she asked me to resubmit my invoice from April again. I sent her the invoice, and was told she would process the payment. I still have not received payment. Update 8/15/2019 Well after 5 months I finally received payment today via Zelle deposits for the class I taught the end of March
