Well I got this hair removable and it doesn't work at all, put it on Back excepting the hair on my Back to come off and nothing at all came off my Back, hair still remains there!! The Hair Removable Cream Doesn't work at all.. Signed Very Unhappy Customer Glen. From Melbourne Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 And I will be telling people not to buy this product as it doesn't work at all, very disappointed 😞!!!!

I ordered Men’s Hair Removal Cream on 05/16/2026 (order #28690M156602). The advertised total was $29.98 (including insurance and shipping), but my credit card was charged $37.48 with no clear explanation for the extra $7.50. The merchant’s pricing/charging practices are misleading — do not shop with icerostma.com. I recommend disputing the charge with your card issuer and checking other reviews before buying.

Be honest the size of the bottles and that its brand is different.

I made an order 2 months ago and was charged more on my credit card then the amount shown at check out. I haven’t received my order. Last week they said it was delivered but from the pic they finally sent after many inquiries, I saw it was to the wrong address. They are now refusing to refund me or resend the product saying it was delivered. I wrote the address correctly- it’s their mistake. This has been a headache

The package was never delivered to me and was actually sent back to the company. There was never any attempt to get a hold of me to pick up the package, or any help given to me by the company. They would not refund my order in its entirety nor would they resend the package without me paying for the order again. They are frauds and use extortion methods to get money out of you for an order that you've already paid for and don't receive. I definitely would not recommend buying from this website whatsoever. The email responses I have gotten from their support have been rude and not far from extortion as I said. Do not buy from this website!
