Beware the return policy on Moissanite! The front page of their web site says free and easy returns but when I tried to return two items, I was curtly notified that "in accordance with our refund policy, moissanite products are non-refundable and non-returnable." Now I'm stuck with $700 of china made glass that I have no use for. Intentionally misleading, just like advertising a 5.0 Trustpilot score when it's less than 4.3.

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service. My order was marked as delivered by Evri, but the proof of delivery photo clearly shows the parcel left on the floor in an incorrect and unsecured location not at the designated delivery area (main door or the delivery window access). I never received or even saw the item. Despite this clear evidence of incorrect delivery, I was repeatedly asked to provide CCTV footage to prove that the parcel was stolen. This is completely unreasonable. There is no CCTV covering that area, and building management confirmed that footage is only retained for one month. The delivery took place on 18 November, so no footage exists. This is standard knowledge and was explained multiple times. I have been going back and forth with customer support for over two months for an issue that should have been resolved weeks ago. Instead of taking responsibility for a clearly mishandled delivery, the burden was continuously shifted onto me to prove a loss that occurred due to their courier leaving an expensive item unsecured. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if the item is of high value.

Took a month just for diamonds to be missing and have more than 1 imperfections and crooked lettering. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN! Even Helloice was better quality!

first and foremost this company falsely claims it' located in the US when actually this company is located overseas. I ordered a necklace and bracelet, The size of the bracelet was too small. i contacted the company via email and i asked to exchange for a bigger size. the seller said okay no problem the return address was different then the origin. I paid $75 to ship the item to united kingdom. in addition the money i already spent to purchase the item and shipping this company has scam me out of pocket close to $300 and when i ask for a status update no one responds this company is a rip off. buyer be ware
