I have been with them for nearly a year and other than today, I have not required technical help. I contacted in the early evening and within half an hour which included a few ping pong Q&A, all was resolved by them and it was my mistake that caused the problem So if I could, I would give them 10 stars.

A plug in crashed our site. Couldn't log in at all. Posted a ticket, it was immediately taken, and within an hour they not only fixed the problem, but responded with what had happened and the process they used to fix it. I couldn't be happier or more grateful for the service. Amazing job. Thank you!

Have been with ICDSoft for years now. Prior to that we had some really bad experiences with other services. There is a before and since dividing line with nothing but positive experience with the since. I remember being a little concerned about the messaging system to access support but that concern has been well allayed with superb, rapid and actually helpful help. Hard to imagine that I would ever be completely satisfied with a hosting service but that is what I am now with ICDSoft.

Geez I am a bit nervous about giving out 5 stars. Why? Because when you read this you will want to use them. The more people that use them the price might go up. What can I say right from the start they were awesome. Great people to work with, Support chat know their stuff, tech support knows their stuff also. The only reason why I needed both in such a short time was because my knowledge was not high enough and I needed their help. Their company is great I will be with them for a lifetime. Thanks for all the help so far!

I have been using this service since 2003 and always very happy with their tech support. When I have a question about web building, I post a ticket. They answer the ticket day or night within 5 mins. Really appreciated the excellent services. And this company always keep it to the latest technology. Deeply appreciate.
