​🚨 100% SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨 ​I lost over $450 to this company, plus extra mandatory fees for NotaryCam, and received absolutely nothing in return. This business operates on a complete bait-and-switch model. ​Before paying a dime, I specifically called to ask if they could evaluate a transcript from a closed school in Brazil. They assured me they could, took my money upfront, and then immediately started making impossible demands. ​Here is exactly how they operate: ​They reject valid documents: After I submitted officially notarized copies, they suddenly refused them and demanded the physical originals. ​They don't actually read your files: The evaluator repeatedly asked for my High School Certificate, even though it was clearly printed right at the bottom of the transcript I already provided. It genuinely felt like dealing with an automated bot or someone completely incompetent. ​They refuse refunds: Even after completely failing to fulfill their end of the service and ignoring the documents I provided, they flat-out denied my refund request. ​They will charge you before doing any work, invent arbitrary reasons why they can't complete the evaluation, and pocket your money. Take your business to a reputable, honest credential evaluation service—do not lose your money here!

DO NOT USE THEM! They will take your money and they want everything provided to them from the institutions abroad which it is almost impossible, and they just want to put their stamp on all the work you did, and if you can’t provide exactly what they ask you’ll never get your money back because they have a no refund policy, even if they did not lift a finger for you. One of my worst experiences ever.

0 stars This company have failed me and the PT profession as well as wasting my time and money. I applied for an expedited service but this was not done in the agreed time frame. They do not answer telephone or emails and their analysts struggle to speak English when he did answer me once. I am going to need to take legal action as was given information by customer services that there was no expiry with credential evaluations while completing my deficiencies, only for the website to change a few months later to say otherwise.

they need to close.i got 1 document that needs evaluation and paid 1 day review.its been 4 months, nothing is happening.if you call them its the same answer. they need to close!

This company is a SCAM! The only thing that went smoothly is my payment to them. They never provided the credentials evaluation they got paid for, and of course I didn't get my money back. How are they allowed to operate? Somebody should lock those scammers up!

There is 0 star choice! Been waiting since Sept 2020! This company are destroyers of time, money, and future! Please don't ever waste your hard earned money.They totally don't have respect to people's lives. Multiple inquiries done but nothing has been done! I am contemmplating on calling the authorities! I hope more people will come out with their complaints!

Hello, This company is a scammer. I am waiting since June 2020 to hear back about my PT documents evaluations and after 7 months they are still saying there is not update on my case and wait longer, may be forever. They are destroyers of your money and time. Never trust them.
