We want to thank Ms. Clara Scott for helping to accommodate our company's training. She assisted our driver in obtaining a certificate and resolved the complications that occurred during the issuance process. We had a great experience and appreciate her assistance.

Very good customer service, I was in a situation where as our company controller had paid for several certification course's for different people and one with No Email account.. Alex was able to get the our drivers cert. changed to the correct person. Roger C.

To be completely honest this was the first year of using iccouncil and i thought it worked out good for our company thanks to Clara Scott for directing me through the course and web page on how to use it.

We had a number of driver's to sign up. IC Council was responsive to questions and made sure all of the driver's had access to their accounts. They made the process very simple.
