Max Wilison was a wealth of information when helping me on my call this morning, He was able to correct an error that flagged my account resulting in me receiving multiple emails. These emails threatened a hefty fine was to be awarded if I did complete the required trainings. Max was patient enough to listen and hear me out when I explained that I've already completed the trainings, and I could show him the certificate of completion if need be. Max understood the position I was in and provided me with assistance and much needed reassurance in a profession manner. I would defiantly recommend a 5-star rating on behalf of Max Wilson.
