The people that Ibuyer.com did an amazing job with helping getting our house sold. They found the buyer for us and signing was simple the buyer pay for all the stuff that need to be paid and whatever was left owed to the house was paid off. They did a good job with keeping in contact with me and giving me updates even if I didn’t like the updates but they were honest with me and kept me in the loop. I would used them again if I had too

What can I say? We needed to sell quickly and reached out to numerous companies. What we find was a bunch of wholesalers giving low ball offers with high pressure scammy pitches. When we found Shamus at iBuyer it was a game changer! We got a reasonable offer for our home and walked away with what we would have gotten through a conventional realtor without the hassle of having to prep and show our home. Fast and easy process. Closing was a breeze! 10/10 would recommend!!!

Working with iBuyer was perfect for our family. We needed to sell our home quickly and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of hiring a realtor and doing showings. iBuyer was quick and headache free. We would definitely recommend working with them if you want a simple transaction. We’d like to thank Shamus from iBuyer for answering all of our questions and helping us sell our home! :)

Tracey and Shamus provided me a good cash offer for my property in Houston/Fresno area and i have accepted it. So far its going fine, will update my experience once i close the deal. Update: They are a great team to work with, i got what they promised me with no changes to the initial offer. I totally recommend them!

Shamus and iBuyer.com were awesome from start to finish. I was able to get a fair market price for my house, not the typical low-ball offer from investors. And, they stuck with me and worked hard to salvage my sale after there was a problem with providing a fully clear title. I plan to work with iBuyer.com in the future and highly recommend them to others.
