The battery of my vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped after less than a year of use. I tried to contact the customer service to benefit my 3-year warranty but after a first mail where they asked to send them picture and video or the issue, they never replied to my emails. I don’t recommend this brand, they are not reliable and they lie about the warranty. THERE IS NO WARRANTY! Be careful! To reply to your message, yes I have sent emails to your customer service, tech support, affiliate sales contact but no one replied to me.

The support team did not provide a replacement for the product after the battery stopped charging and did not respond to any of my emails even once. I sent multiple messages to the support team after I tried to use the product for 2nd time and never received a response. I only received a response after messaging the official team, which did not help as they only told me they forwarded my message to the support team. Never buy a product from this company. They will not replace the product if it breaks before the warranty expires and the support is terrible. They do not have a phone number for contact, and they do not reply to emails. They intentionally delay until the warranty expires.

Brutal vacuum, don’t waste your money. Customer service is even worse, I’ve been waiting since June 14, written 4 emails and nothing.. I have sent 9 emails… some you’ve responded to and the others you’ve left high and dry. I want a refund. Like I said the worst customer service and even worse vacuum.

I submitted a contact request to ibuture.com to ask for assistance with a faulty product 4 days ago - but have not had an acknowledgement of this or otherwise response. Poor customer service

Habe einen Staubsauger bestellt welcher nie verschickt wurde. Nach 2,5 Wochen bekam ich die Antwort, dass der Artikel binnen 24h verschickt wird. Weitere 4 Tage später war das immer noch nicht der Fall. Habe dann um Stornierung der Bestellung und Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Leider gab es keine Reaktion sodass ich einen PayPal Fall aufmachen musste und erst dann mein Geld zurückerhalten habe.

Ho scritto se gentilmente potevo avere i filtri di ricambio per aspirapolvere buture jr500 chiedendo dove li potevo acquistare mi rispondevano che i filtri non erano disponibili. Visto che mettono in vendita questi prodotti non riesco a capire per serietà di ditta nei confronti di chi acquista non dare ricambi vendono solo il prodotto se non va bene qualcosa si può buttare. Faccio presente che producono diversi modelli di aspirapolvere ma se gli mandi email ti rispondono sempre allo stesso modo. Quindi quando acquistare anche su piattaforme importanti come A vedete la disponibilità dei ricambi. Questa ditta non li vende i ricambi politica usa e getta. Non comprate questo prodotto leggete le recensioni di Buture.
