The vacuum did clean floors. It pushed fur around but did not suck it up. It took me over a week to get information on how to return. They received my return on Nov 4, with a 5-7 day refund policy. I still have not gotten my return and they will not respond to my inquiries. Also they will not pay for return shipping even though the product did not work as advertised. DO NOT BUY update 1/8/25 still did not get my refund. Company will not reply to me and even though they got my return will NOT give me my $$ back

Ich hatte versehentlich einen falschen Artikel bestellt und wollte diesen wieder zurück schicken und den gezahlten Betrag erstatten bekommen. Leider habe ich keine Rücksendeadresse gefunden nicht in der Bestellung noch auf der Website auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen per Mail gab es keine Antwort. Schlechter Service

Ich habe im Frühjahr über Amazon die Buture Powerbank Beta04 gekauft. Nach weniger als einem halben Jahr funktionierte die Powerbank nicht mehr. Ich habe den Garantiefall im September über die bei Amazon verlinkte Adresse support(at)ibuture.com gemeldet, seitdem 2x nachgefasst (zuletzt am 6.11. über official(at)ibuture.com) und bekomme keinerlei Rückmeldung. Inzwischen ist bei Amazon ein Supportformular verlinkt. Auch das habe ich jetzt befüllt. Bisher bleibt festzuhalten: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!!! Er antwortet nicht auf Gewährleistungs-/Garantiemeldungen.

When you see how bad this Company’s reviews are you would think they need to be investigated and not allowed to keep trading. I am in dispute with this company after they miss sold me their JR700 vacuum cleaner Bundle which included 2 spare batteries and 9 spare filters. I got the 9 spare filters plus the one filter already in the vacuum cleaner but they only sent one spare battery. When I emailed asking for the 2nd spare battery, they tried to say that I was only entitled to one as the other was in the vacuum cleaner. So that would mean that if I hadn’t paid extra for the Bundle, my vacuum cleaner wouldn’t have had a battery inside it. When I told them their advert was misleading, surprise surprise, they changed the advert. This Company should be closed down. I am reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading, and their cleaner is rubbish too !! UPDATE. 19th November. HOW VERY STRANGE THAT, DESPITE YOUR “CONCERN” I HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE FROM BUTURE !!!!!!

I bought a vacuum in March 2024 which has stopped working, I have filled out a contact form on the website, contacted them via email and replied to the extended warranty email I got back from them when I bought the product. Nothing - no response at all. The actual vacuum was good for the short time it worked but seems it was a waste of money. Avoid.

J’ai acheté le 6 février 2024, un booster de batterie Beta04 sur Amazon, malheureusement il ne fonctionne plus. J’ai donc envoyé plusieurs mails à l’adresse official ibuture.com, j’ai toujours pas reçu de réponse. Je modifierai mon avis quand j’obtiendrai une garantie pour mon produit !!!

Purchased Buture's BR700 car battery charger multi-function unit from this Chinese consumer electronics company. It failed. After multiple attempts to get their attention, Buture customer service finally responded to my warranty request saying they would refund me half of my purchase price. I declined - reminding them of their 1-year no charge repair or replacement warranty. They ghosted me. I got my credit card to refund my purchase price and also filed a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Their response on Trust Pilot is a bold fabrication; we e-mailed back and forth multiple times. They cannot be trusted.
