Terrible company. I needed a telescopic pipe replacing and via email they confirmed that it was still under warranty and woukd ship a new part out.. HOWEVER... ONLY if I was I to leave a review first??! I questioned this several times and explained how could I leave a review when the process hadn't been completed yet... I was just told that that was the way now. I even emailed head office and they confirmed this was understandably frustrating yet no part still able to be posted. How absolutely ridiculous!! I now accept that I will not get my part and will put my buture in the bin and buy from a more well known brand. 63% 1 star reviews kind of confirm how poor they are running their business. Here you go Buture.. I've written the review.. Can I have my part now??! Lol

My experience has been that the customer service is non existent. Messages via the Contact Us and normal email channels were ignored. Emailing some of the addresses given for escalating complaints had a delayed response initially followed by attempts to draw out the process and then total ghosting. I cannot believe the amount of reviewers that give a 5 star review for customer service. Given that a lot of these reviewers only have a history of a single review I would have to agree with Trustpilot's own assessment that the company posts fake reviews.

Ordered 3 filters and received 1 filter. They are asking for a 5 star review before sending the other filters.

Poor-quality products and unethical customer service I purchased a JR400 stick vacuum cleaner on Amazon and soon experienced problems with the control panel and battery. Despite many emails—and even assistance from Amazon—customer service was unresponsive. The battery failed a little over a year later. Because third-party replacements were difficult to find, I bought another battery from Buture, but the problems continued. Buture customer service then blamed an incorrect 30 V charger they had supplied to Amazon and said they would send the correct 31 V charger, which they claimed would solve the issue, but only if I first posted a “friendly review” of their products and customer service on Trustpilot. I consider this an unethical business practice because they were asking for a positive review before resolving a defective-product issue. I offered to review the product after receiving the 31 V charger and confirming whether it fixed the problem, but they again refused to send it. I will not purchase another Buture product because of the company’s poor product quality and unethical customer service.

Bearings on the brush head and roller brush both malfunctioned within a month of purchase. Highlighted this with the company. They take an absolute age to respond to only ask for a 5 star review on trust pilot in exchange to sort my probl out which was a technical issue. Literally using a 5 star rating as a trade off to sort out a consumer/technical issue. I have email proof of all this avoidance. I will not be giving you 5 star Buture because that would denote you are flawless with your products and you look after customers. You will now be reported to trading standards. Now replace the parts I have asked you to sort

Ich habe im Juni 2024 einen Staubsauger bestellt und bei Buture eine 3-Jahresgarantie "erfolgreich" aktiviert. Nun ist die Bodendüse defekt. Ich habe Buture in den letzten 2 Wochen mehrfach angeschrieben, keine Reaktion. Sehr enttäuschende Qualität, nicht vorhandener Service. Update: Trotz Antwort von Buture keine Reaktion des Managements auf meine erneute Mail. Schlechter geht es wirklich nicht!

​I am posting this review as a last resort because iButure customer support has completely stopped responding to my emails and website contact form submissions regarding Order #39675 (Buture Beta09 Car Jump Starter). ​Key Facts: ​Order Number: #39675 ​Item: Buture Beta09 Car Jump Starter ​Return Status: Unused item was delivered to iButure’s designated UK warehouse (Leicester Commercial Park Unit 1, Dorsey Way, Enderby, LE19 4DB) in early May 2026. ​Lack of Resolution: For two months, support repeatedly stalled my refund claiming they were "searching for the parcel in the warehouse." ​No Communication: Since June 30, 2026, customer service has completely ignored all my follow-up emails and website submissions. ​Holding a customer’s payment for months after receiving the returned product—and then severing all communication—is unacceptable. I have full return delivery tracking proof showing the parcel was received at your UK facility. ​I expect an immediate resolution and full refund for Order #39675. If this is not resolved, I am proceeding with a chargeback through my card provider and submitting a complaint to UK Trading Standards.
