Another 1 star - item broke - replied to 1st email and now not responding at all to my response - going to PayPal for a refund.

Terrible company as their so called customer service never answer any emails. Even though I paid via my PayPal account (thank goodness), I have still not received the item or managed to obtain a refund. They sent me one email showing that my item had been delivered by Evri but the latest information states lost in transit as no physical proof could be produced. Après achat d’un aspirateur VC70 en janvier 2024, les roulettes de la brosse ne tiennent plus car à force de tourner le plastique de mauvaise qualité est usé comme si l’aspirateur avait 5 ans. Bought a jump starter charger but doesn't work. Buture are not answering my emails. Wish I'd have looked at Trustpilot before buying.

Have tried to contact this company through Amazon and directly through their website after the motor stopped working shortly after my purchase. No responses and impossible to get a hold if them. It’s clear that I’ve been duped. Shame on them.

Habe mir den Staubsauger bestellt und wollte die Rückgabegarantie in Anspruch nehmen. Habe alles so gemacht, wie die Firma es fordert und habe nix von den gehört, wo ich den Staubsauger zurück schicken kann. Werbung kommt pünktlich, aber eine Rücksendeadresse vom Kundendienst nicht. Kann nur abraten hier zu kaufen. Nun muss ich den M.... gezwungener weise behalten. Versprechen werden nicht eingehalten.
