I bought the JR700 red from amazon November 2023, I activated the 3 year warranty, it’s developed a fault and when I contacted them they sent me a list of parts that I could buy from them. When I explained I had a warranty they stopped responding to my emails, awful company, definitely do not recommend.

Bought a cordless vacuum from Amazon ca and the roller bar ceased up just after 14 months.it has been almost 5 months since my first request for warranty. I contacted the site on the warranty card as well as the site for items from Amazon and also the official site with no reply. I have followed up multiple times with no response. Never buy from them, you will never get any warranty support

Ich habe das Gerät für meine Schwiegereltern gekauft da ihr bisheriges Gerät nicht genügend Leistung brachte und eine Neuanschaffung der Marke erheblich teurer ist. Nun hat die die Bodendüse sich durch Reibung und Verschmorung verabschiedet. Ich habe bereits mehrfach, per Mail, anders geht es ja nicht, Kontakt aufgenommen. Bisher gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Da logischerweise kein Zeitgeist formahen ist habe ich eine neue Bürste parallel geordert. Interessanter Weise soll man dort gleich zwei davon bestellen. Das zeugt von guter Qualität. Also ich verstehe unter Service etwas anderes, schade.
