ianygo.comReviews of ianygo.com

I used the Mac version and was not able to use the guaranteed spoofing options. I had to fight with customer service on two occasions and they are a nightmare to deal with when it comes to honouring their “30 Day Money Back Guarantee”. There are so many better options. Avoid this company.

I purchased 1 month subscription. I installed and in order to work they are asking for another subscription for a 3rd party

The product will just stop working at any point. Support is terrible. This product worked for me for awhile and then stopped. After multiple support tickets they are just not helpful at all. They ask the same questions and pretend that there is nothing wrong. They just keep asking for information that I have already sent them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I bought a subscription for 3 months to use ianygo. I tried to use both General and game mode and it didn't work from the first day. I tried multiple guidelines and even scrapped the internet to find some solutions but it didn't work at all. I contacted the customer support to get my refund on third day and they keep deflecting my request and saying the servers will be back online in a bit but in reality it was never a server problem. The app doesn't connect with your phone through bluetooth. Till this date, they haven't issued my refund and kept sending automated replies. Dont buy this and save yourself from them.

Anti virus applications prompt danger warnings

This is scam and they have deducted the charges from the account misleading on website, at this point when asking them to give money back they are making excuses and providing inappropriate answers. I am gonna take legal actions to file the case in court
