***Avoid*** Avoid**** Won a vehicle on auction and after 3 weeks chasing, they saying this vehicle is not existed in their yard. Bunch of lies and dishonest business, especially now that they are in partner ship with Senetiq. Full of rubbish. ****Avoid payments****

Pit Stop Auto Wrecking is doing business with IAA about 30 years. They started charging huge buyer fee, service fee, internet fee, environmental fee (bought a car for $3675.00 with all the fees below came up to be $4553.00) & now $20.00 paying fee. What's the deal??? Watch out for Daniela Cortes at north hollywood office (smart mouth)THIS IS RIP OFF

Deceptive description of vehicle. A 2016 Nissan Rogue S (Stock#: 33727093) was listed at Dayton, OH. Information provided by IAAI showed that the airbags were intact. However, when the vehicle was delivered to me, the driver's seat airbag and the roof airbag were deployed. I contacted corporate headquarters about the deceptive listing of the vehicle. The response I got from them was almost like "too bad." In fact, they said I should have inspected the vehicle before bidding on it! And this was an online auction! My membership has expired and I'm reluctant to renew it.

***FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THEM*** went to pick a car which we bought through the online auction, on approach we realized windscreen was cracked and rear seat belt was cut into 2 pieces ( and in pictures it looks absolutely fine) not mentioned anything in description cost me extra £400 because they are hiding stuff from buyers. Also they place ther own proxy bids. ***FRAUD*** STAY AWAY***

I I bought a 16 ford fusion at IAA Nashville branch.. on 11/03/22.. the announcement was saying clear title and actual miles..when I got the title it was on the back that the car was sold 4 times and each time there a check mark on those little boxes saying that “odometer reading was not correct - WARNING ODOMETER DISCREPANCY”.. I called the auction for past month and nothing was resolved, I spoke with Jeremiah, the manager and nothing was resolved.. I spoke with buyer services several times and all of them underestimated my knowledge in the subject, saying that they can’t do anything.. I went to the branch in Atlanta where I live, and title clerk said that I can’t sell the car in there without announcing odometer discrepancy.. and just a reminder, that’s a felony, a federal crime..

Garbage company! Their employees steal from the vehicles, and the branch manager at Missoula, MT screws over members to help buddy's get deals on vehicles. They will screw over anyone they can. I was high bidder on a truck, and they didn't accept my bid, which I understand. But they are supposed to let you be the first to accept the sellers offer. Well, instead, with multiple vehicles now, they haven't sent any offer and instead put the vehicle I was high bidder on in I buy fast. But as soon as it's hit the I buy fast list it has sold. Literally within seconds. It's happened too many times to be coincidence. Iaa can suck a phalice!
