This credit union is taking a monthly…They need to go back to school
This credit union is taking a monthly fee out of my savings account. I receive no paperwork on this account and I am unable to go online to look at this, 5 supervisors were unable to make this happen. This credit union sent back to another bank 18,000 dollars of my money. The bank that sent the money to me said I could not have it because they believed that I was a bad person fraud. Never had I had so many problems with a bank and I am older. They falsified one of my accounts and added many new charges on a account that has never been late and has automatic withdraw. I have never had a bank charge because my payments have been on time for over 5 years and more. Very very bad business. When you call someone they can not ever add correctly. I can not tell you how many times they put payments into the wrong account over and over again. They are so bad in my opinion. They need to go back to school and learn how to count.
